The Dept. of Homeland Security (subcomponent "Immigration and Custom's Enforcement) that awarded a contract to Halliburto''s KBR to build "Detainment Centers" here in the United States. They were built to support a mass influx of emergency immigrants or "to support rapid development of new programs" Though they will be operated by FEMA when operational. As of now they are all manned by guards 24/7, but are empty. Most are connected to and on Military bases.

There is clear proof that Pakistan plays a key role in sponsoring terrorism across the world including attacks on US interests(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorist_states#Pakistan). Yet, the US treats Pakistan as an ally and aids them financially and provides them sophisticated weaponry. Is America "unknowingly" sponsoring attacks on it's own people?

Satellite imagery from the FBI shows the existence of terror camps. Another terrorist outfit, the JKLF has openly admitted that more than 3,000 militants from various nationalities are still being trained. According to Daniel Byman, "Pakistan is probably today's most active sponsor of terrorism".

According to CNN, India seems to be blaming Pakistan, as the captured suspect, who Indian authorities say is the only surviving suspected gunman, said he was trained by Lashkar e Toiba, a Pakistan-based terror group allied with al Qaeda. Pakistan has history of using Islamist militant groups to fight proxy wars against India in the disputed region of Kashmir. Pakistan banned the group in 2002, upon urging by the US.

With all of the politics flying around, people have become very confused about their inalienable rights. The right to "LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" were the rights outlined in the Declaration of Independence. Many other "rights" people claim as their own are no more than mere privileges gained through the willful, child-like, pestering of extremists. Many argue that the "open-minded" have opened their minds so much that their brains have fallen out entirely.
